hummingbird

(not able to remember many dreams lately)

brickyard pizza, glass of mike before bed.

quick image, a huge hummingbird which is shaped more like a sparrow, white with dark wings and head is hovering right up in my face, at right angles to me. his little butthole puckers out and there is a loud buzzing noise as he sprays a shower of black dust (or even gnats? sort of?) at my face.

i awoke and got up, confused, thinking it was time to go to work, but it was still dark.
